Poor nurse anesthesia exam review book...AVOID!!! February 22, 2006 20 out of 20 found this review helpful
I am a CRNA of 22 years. I received this book as a gift in February 2006 from a graduating student who I often precepted. I was initially excited upon receiving this book as there are few books written specifically for nurse anesthetists. Upon completion of going through this book, I feel this book was very poorly written, edited, and organized.
It was brief in areas that I believe are important...and lengthy in non-essential aspects of anesthesia. It felt like a hastily put-together book. I found multiple errors that were confirmed by my other existing anesthesia texts. Avoid purchasing this book. Someone, someday will make a good nurse anesthesia review book.
