I purchased the wrong edition of this book by mistake. Once I discovered the error, I tried to return this book for the correct edition but the seller never responded to my request. This is the second time in two months that I have had problems with sellers that Amazon contracts out to. Luckily, the other seller did back-up his product and I received a full refund. I am still awaiting a reply from the seller of the Biology book.

I ordered this book directly from Amazon, and was able to get free delivery. The book was new and in perfect condition as advertised, but because I got the free delivery it took about 1 week and 3 days. I guess I'm being picky because I needed the book immediately, but shipping was FREE so that made up for it. Only true complaint is there was no description on the book, they make an international version and I wasn't sure if that was the book I was getting. There needs to be a complete description of the book, with all the specifics.
