Amazon.com Review How many pouches, pockets, bags, and purses do you want to carry at Walt Disney World? And how well will you remember, amid the clamor and frenzy, which sack holds your entry tickets and which your meal coupons, where you put that map and what you did with the hotel reservations? Among the jumble of guidebooks and cameras, souvenirs and sunglasses, important slips of paper elude panicky fingers. But it needn't be so. The PassPorter is a brilliant travel aid. It boasts 11 sturdy manila pockets, each clearly labeled, so you know which holds important travel papers (like tickets, itineraries, and maps); which houses papers pertaining to your lodgings; and where to store all the notes, plans, tickets, pamphlets, coupons, and numerous etceteras for each day of Walt Disney World exploration; as well as extra slots for ticket stubs, receipts, and small souvenirs. These pocket pages are also designed for recording important information, such as flight, train, or bus details; target travel budgets; and what you plan to do and where you plan to visit on any given day. Each page has space for jotting down notes and memories of the trip, from meals to weather to the best and worst thing of each day. If you're not an avid journal keeper, these quick notes may keep your many experiences from running together into one hectic jumble. The pockets alone make this a useful take-along, but the PassPorter is a thorough source of information as well. There are chapters on planning your adventure, lodging options from hotel to resort, plus a full guide to all the sites and attractions of Walt Disney World, as well as passes, special programs, food options, and maps. With a durable laminated cover, spiral notebook design, and back page of phone numbers (everything from Walt Disney World information to the weather line to MedicClinic), this is possibly the most practical, sanity-saving guide you could take along to Disney World. --Stephanie Gold

A Must Have for ALL Walt Disney World Vacations! August 28, 2006 I recently purchased my 3rd copy of PassPorter (2006 edition) and I LOVE it! I've purchased these guidebooks for friends/family who are traveling to Walt Disney World. This book has EVERYTHING you need to plan a fun and successful vacation to The World. There is detailed information on ALL the WDW resorts as well as some of the offsite hotels. There is also wonderfully detailed restaurant information for ALL the restaurants in WDW. The fun doesn't stop there...each of the four theme parks have their own chapters with so much information you have to read it at least 3x to get as much information as you can. There are so many wonderful features to this book you almost have to see it to believe it! The star of this planner are the PassPockets. Groovy little yellow pockets built into the planner for you to stow all your important information for each day. All in all it is the best book you can have to help make your vacation truly magical.
Great for planning and taking to the parks October 14, 2003 I compared this with Mini Micky, Tour Guide Mike (automated vacation planner), Birmbaum's guide and various other websites. I took all tour guide books with us on trip and ended up using the Passporter in the parks: very well organized, love the maps, suggested iteneraries and the pockets. On our first day out could not persuade family members to follow the suggested order of attractions: saw only three that day. Afterwards, followed Passporters suggestions with some modifications and averaged 6+ attractions, which was great since our party included a preschooler and grandma with dementia in wheelchair! I bought the spiral bound version: would recommend the deluxe version as you can take out the pages you don't need when you are visiting the parks and minimize bulk. I was able to store my copy safely in the stroller when visiting attractions. The pockets great for keeping reciepts, souvenir maps, etc. and make trip reports/ scrap booking really easy. I didn't think I would use them at first but once I started, I was hooked! Jennifer and Dave are making an even better version with post-it flags, color maps and other improvements for 2004. Can't wait to see the new version and to return to WDW to see what we missed!!!
Invaluable resource! October 9, 2003 When I purchased the Passporter initially I had know idea how valuable it would be. It was a concise tour guide book and provided me with a way to manage all of our planning details as we prepared for our trip. The Passport pockets are an awesome way to keep track of confirmations, tickets, and receipts, and the maps and resort information are fabulous. Their website became my #1 source of information on making this the best trip ever. Hands down the best resource I've found!
Look No Further July 12, 2003 You have found the perfect book to plan your wonderful trip to the happiest place on Earth. The detail is amazing. Each resort is given a six page lay out. You will see everything you need to see before getting there. The author's have a web site that can answer any question anyone can pose. The most up-to-date info can be found at that site.
The only guidebook you need to plan a trip to Disney World! June 5, 2003 This is the BEST WDW guidebook I have ever owned, and I own them all! The detailed resort maps and restaurant descriptions alone are worth the price of the book. Jennifer and Dave are experienced WDW aficionados and IT SHOWS! The book is easy to read and hard to put down. It is witty and upbeat but still objective, lighthearted without being shallow, and comprehensive but not overwhelming. In short, it is the best investment you could make to help guarantee the best possible WDW visit.
