| Customer Reviews: Best compact guide to the southern-most fun spot! July 7, 2008 Marc Steinberg (Jersey City, NJ United States) 14 out of 14 found this review helpful
Whether you're taking a family vacation, reveling on a wild spring break, or immersing yourself in one of the alternative or eccentric lifestyles for which Key West is so famous, you can't miss if you have this well-researched and informative guide. I love the Itineraries section, with something for everyone. By the way, don't worry about the 'un-gentrified' neighborhood in which Blue Heaven restaurant is located - it's one of the best in South Florida. Just about everything you need to have a great time in a tropical paradise 150 miles south of Miami. Five stars.
Perfect Overall Guide December 26, 2009 David H. (NJ USA) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
My wife and I just returned from a weeks vacation in Key West, where we used this guide for almost everything we did (except our B&B which we had already reserved). We visited many of the "Must See" recommendations for restaurants and attractions, and agreed with virtually every grade she gave them. We carried the guide with us at all times, and except for a lunch and a breakfast, we relied solely on her guide. We even used the guide for a one day trip to other Keys.
I cannot say enough good things about this book and would recommend it to anyone visiting Key West without reservation!
David

Author really tells it. It helped us decide that Key West was not for us!
