Great Info November 3, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Very interesting, informative, with a fantastic amount of interesting pictures of Walt Disney World. It's small size will make it easy to carry- even to take along to the parks. The authors certainly did a lot of research for this book. Wonderful!
Great Guide October 16, 2007 This was an excellent guide. The pictures were vibrant, the facts entertaining. This guide is good if you want to learn about the parks/rides/entertainment. It's not a commando scheduler.
Best book on rides October 3, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This book will give you the best idea on what to expect from a ride. I combined it with the WDWR Econoguide and it was the best mix. I had borrowed about 8 guides from the library and these two are the best.
Walt Disney World Book October 1, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The book I purchased, The Complete Walt Disney World, was extremely helpful in our recent trip to Disney World. It described each ride and show with a little history included.
Nice book, but... September 28, 2007 6 out of 8 found this review helpful
This is a nice book, with lots of colorful photos, and my eight-year-old daughter enjoys paging through it. But honestly, the Unofficial Guide is far more comprehensive and truly the only book you'll need.
Edit: After returning from Walt Disney World, I revisited this book. Where this book excels is in describing the individual attractions (rides and shows). I found the back-stories for the attractions to be quite interesting. The Unofficial Guide Walt Disney World is great for planning your trip, and this book is great for reading after your trip. If I could, I'd bump my rating up to four or maybe even five stars.
