Mike and Jen's book contains a system that shows how to do real estate investing deals from the start to the finish of the deal. Mike's techniques on finding, evaluating, and profiting on properties are groundbreaking.
I found this book to be all it was advertised to be. If you are looking for a system that will open your eyes, this book is for you.

This book doesn't even let you Search inside because everyone could see it is nothing as advertised.
It is filled with old real estate types of transactions that even kids know, and many many (an avalanche) of fake reviews here on amazon.

As a real estate practitioner with 29 years in sales and management, I was introduced to Mike Watson only two weeks ago. Since then, I have decided to completely change the focus of my business from only sales to a focus on investment and sales as an added service. I bought the book, "The Highest and Best Use", and the book reinforced my decision to complete the change.
I advise anyone who wants to become wealthy, anyone who wants to grow their college or retirement funds consistently over 15%, anyone who does not want to retire broke---read and digest this book. Then, attend one of Mr. Watson's events.

The content of this book will help you become a one of a kind investor. I have been privilaged to be mentored by Mike Watson for many years. I know that I have been able to do more, have more and create more because of his mentorship in my life.
The practical application of Mike Watsons Methodology has allowed me to create my own multi-million dollar portfolio.
