Excellent source of information... and an easy read! August 2, 2005 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
We are taking our kids on their first trip to Disney in a few months. I found this book to be an excellent source of information for our planning. It is easy to read, and easy to refer back to. I highly recommend it for first time or repeat Disney visitors!
Maximize Your Fun! April 11, 2005 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
If you want to maximize the time you and your kids spend at the right attractions, read Wiley's witty, efficient, and eloquent guide. Makes you want to be there as soon as possible to experience all the fun. Everytime my three kids and I venture to the land of Mickey Mouse and Jurassic Park, I make sure to peruse this guide and stuff it in my backpack for on-site reference. While her style is laid-back, the tips ensure a hassel-free vacation.
You must have this guide!! April 9, 2005 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This is, hands-down, the most informative and engaging guide to Disney out there, loaded with tips on how to make your trip perfect for you and your children.
Great book, extremely helpful April 7, 2005 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
We travel with 12 kids (sigh) and would be lost without Ms. Wiley's guide. She helps us save a ton of money, hours of time, and an immense amount of frustrations. THANKS.
Very Useful Guide--Well Organized April 4, 2005 7 out of 8 found this review helpful
This book is very good. It really helps you organize your trip so that you and your family will enjoy your trip as much as possible. You can tell the author has had a lot of experience with kids at Disney.
There all kinds of really helpful tips -- I wish we had this before we went to Disneyworld last time.
A word of caution: Disneyworld's attractions change a lot, and this book is already a little dated. For example, it mentions nothing about Disney's new Magic express airport transportation...which can make a big difference as to whether you need a rental car, etc.
I would also suggest that the book have pull out maps, that have more detail.
Another good online resource is www.allearsnet.com.
